Help Tara Heal: A Courageous Woman in Crisis
Tara Sucha has always been an exceptional, strong, and independent woman who has a heart of gold. She is a friend to all and now her loved ones are asking for support on her behalf as her pride would never allow her to do this for herself.
Tara has been through so many countless medical struggles since 2020. While under a neurologist’s care, Tara has undergone an overwhelming amount of testing—far more than anyone should have to endure. Through testing, she has received an underlying diagnosis of an autoimmune disorder and severe neuropathy. These conditions alone can be debilitating, but the doctors still do not have answers to the root cause of her illness. Tara has been to endless physicians and specialists across numerous hospitals and remains a medical mystery.
Within the past three years alone, she has been in and out of hospitals for months at a time. She has gone through in-hospital rehabilitation on three separate occasions as well as outpatient rehab and in-home rehabilitation.
During this time, she has received countless rounds of IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) treatments for 18 months and recent plasmapheresis infusions without any relief of symptoms, and her ‘unknown’ condition continues to progress. In 2022, a fall resulted in a broken femur with long-term hospitalization, and just recently she suffered fractures to both her tibia and fibula in the opposite leg, which has placed her back into a rehabilitation facility.
Through years of intense chronic pain and fatigue, Tara has fought to maintain her independence and dignity while being confined to a wheelchair. She remained focused and driven to succeed and continued to work from home. Over a year ago, her long-term employer sold the business, and Tara avidly continued her pursuit for new employment while obtaining private medical insurance. Secondary to current medical conditions, this is no longer an option. The financial strain has become overwhelming. Ongoing medical bills, daily living expenses, and the cost of necessary in-home care are far more than she can manage.
Your support will directly help Tara access the care she needs and focus fully on healing. Every donation—no matter the size—will make a meaningful difference in her journey.
We will be forever grateful for your love, support, and prayers!
