With heavy hearts, we are reaching out to you in this time of immense grief and loss. Taraa Velavan, a beautiful and beloved baby, tragically passed away (08/03/2024) due to complications from meconium aspiration and subsequent ECMO treatment, which led to severe brain damage. This devastating event has left Taraa's parents not only emotionally shattered but also facing significant financial challenges.

Taraa's family is currently living in the Irving, United States on an H1B visa, far away from their extended family and home in India. The costs associated with Taraa's medical care, combined with the unexpected and profound loss, have left them burdened with overwhelming debts. In this time of unimaginable sorrow, they are struggling to find the strength to navigate through their grief while also trying to manage the financial strain.

We are starting this GoFundMe campaign to help Taraa’s parents cover the substantial medical expenses, support their return to India, and allow them to pay off their debts. Your generous contributions will give them the financial relief they need during this difficult time, allowing them to focus on healing and being with their loved ones.
