I am Tanner Bishoff's cousin and am asking for donations on his behalf. All donations will be deposited directly into Tanner and Stephanie's designated account.

Tanner has been battling an unknown illness for nearly 4 months, which has put him out of work and in and out of the hospital during this time. He, his wife Stephanie, and their boys finally have answers - a doctor found a tumor on Tanner's pituitary gland. They have a strong plan of action, which will send Tanner to Salt Lake City for surgery. Loss of work, travel to and from the hospital, and mounting medical bills have put Tanner and Stephanie in a difficult financial situation. Any help you can give will lessen the financial burden so that the family can concentrate on Tanner's health fight and recovery.

While it has been an incredibly long road to get here from all this starting back in March, God has finally answered our prayers for answers and a direction to help Tanner's body. Thank you, Jesus!!!!

We met with the neurosurgeon Dr. Poffenberger yesterday after an MRI showed swelling on Tanner's pituitary gland in his brain. He walked us through so many specific things that are happening with Tanner because of that. However, his pituitary isn't just swollen. It is a very large tumor. Dr. Poff (I really liked him) gave us so many answers, though, as to where we go from here. He is sending Tanner to Salt Lake Huntsman Center ASAP for them to do the surgery to remove the tumor. He said of any brain tumor to have, this is by far the best one to get. It's common with lots of ways to treat and an incredibly high outcome for people, non-cancerous. Tanner's is quite large, but still operable. And the doctor said that Tanner will be amazed at how much he will get his life back. This is the cause of many of his issues right now, if not all of them!!!!

In the meantime, as we work towards getting to Salt Lake, Dr. Poff will get Tanner some specific pituitary meds to almost immediately help with lots of the symptoms he is having.

We are so grateful for finally being able to understand all the really complicated and draining things that have been going on all these months and mostly to hear that there is such a clear fix and very positive prognosis for recovery . Now we start our next journey toward healing!!!
