Support for Brittany’s Family: In Loving Memory
On June 19th, our family experienced the unimaginable loss of my beloved sister, Brittany Schmidt, who passed away unexpectedly. She was just 40 years old — a bright light, a deeply loving mother to three young daughters, and a devoted wife to Tanner.
Her sudden passing has left a deep void in the lives of everyone who loved her. But most of all, it has left her husband and their three little girls — ages 2, 6, and 8 years old — facing a future they never could have prepared for.
Your generous support will help ease the financial burden on Tanner during this incredibly difficult time. With your donations, Tanner can focus on caring for his family — whether that means taking time off work or hiring help at home — so he and his girls can grieve, heal, and begin to navigate life after this devastating loss.
A percentage of donations will go to Valerie’s House, which is a center that helps children and families work through the loss of a loved one. Their mission is to ensure that no child will grieve alone.
If you’ve ever met Brittany, you know how deeply she loved her family. Her big smile lit up the room, her heart was generous, and her greatest joy was being a mother. Our hearts are broken, but we are committed to surrounding her girls with the love, stability, and support they need.
Any amount — big or small — means the world to us and will help ease the road ahead.
If you cannot donate at this time, please consider sharing this page and keeping the family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
With love and gratitude,
