Support Tania's Fight Against Fluoroquinolone Toxicity

Thank you for taking the time to read about my sister, Tania Siriphone, and her journey battling Fluoroquinolone Toxicity. This condition has drastically impacted her health, independence, and quality of life, leaving her in need of support to access treatments. We're starting this fundraiser to provide her with the medical care and assistance she needs. Your support means more than words can express to us.

Tania is an amazing wife, sister, daughter, and friend. Her and my brother, Casey, have been married since 2012. Before this condition, she was full of life, active, and always helping others but her life flipped upside down in 2020 when she developed Fluoroquinolone Toxicity or Fluoroquinolone Associated Disability - a life-altering condition that can occur after experiencing severe adverse effects from being prescribed a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. This condition has resulted in muscle wasting, severe nerve damage, extreme weakness, disability, and more which have made even basic daily activities - like walking or cooking nearly impossible for her - leaving her to lose all her independence overnight requiring 24/7 care. It's heartbreaking to see someone who once lived so vibrantly struggle with these challenges every day.

Once they sought out help previously from specialists for this condition, we stayed hopeful she would make a recovery (and we still are) but her health journey has been a up and down process with continual challenges, needs for various different treatment, and unforeseen financial demands ever since.

Currently, she has regressed into being bedbound and requiring 24/7 care again. She is suffering immensely and is in need of treatments. They have been in contact with specialists and treatments estimated costs 15-25k.

Unfortunately, the treatments and therapies that can help her are not covered by insurance.

Anything to support them during this time will be appreciated by them beyond words.

We are hoping to get her back stabilized again and back on the road towards recovery.
