Hello, my name is Johanna, and my mom, Tanesha, has unfortunately been battling a critical medical condition for the past year, and within the past 2 months, she has been diagnosed with a new critical underlying medical condition. It has unfortunately progressed significantly. The new diagnosis has affected her ability to work, move, and enjoy the things she was once able to do.

Because of this medical condition, she has been restricted in her ability to work, therefore creating a financial burden on the family, as this was unexpected. My family and I have been helping as much as we can, but with monthly bills and her current and upcoming medical bills combined, we need a little more help.

All donations are appreciated! The donations will go to help our family with all our financial burdens at this time and help us focus on her recovery.

UPDATE:

In May, my mom's condition unfortunately took a turn for the worse. She was admitted to the hospital after experiencing episodes that caused stroke-like and seizure-like symptoms. At first, she was unresponsive, and when she regained consciousness, she showed physical signs of these episodes, including speech delay. She has been hospitalized ever since, and the doctors have conducted multiple tests, including an MRI, MRA, 24-hour EKG, and blood work. Fortunately, they have ruled out a stroke, but they are still working to determine the root cause of her condition. Your continued prayers and donations are a blessing and are deeply appreciated. We also want to extend our gratitude and thanks to those who have supported us thus far!

Now in October, her journey to a full and complete diagnosis, treatment and recovery continue. She is scheduled for a surgery that will begin to help. Please keep her in your prayers.
