Tana, is one of the very best people we know. She loves sooooo hard and so big; her love and support of others is indescribable. Her hugs are one of a kind, as well as her happy-go-lucky, laid-back attitude. Nothing phases this girl, and she has been the calm to many of our storms! She is the person so many of us call when we need someone to listen, when we need advice, when we need to cry, laugh, and/or especially when we want to have the best time. She is absolutely selfless and an amazing wife, daughter, mama, friend, auntie...just to name a few. She is our favorite and when it is time to share her, she pours into the community, whether it be working in surgery or helping students at the community college. She is a juggler of many different hats and truly no one does it better than her. She is gentle, kind, and unshakable but most of all, SO very loved and cherished. She has an entire tribe of people who would agree with me, hands down. Let's all band together and help her raise funds to keep her family afloat during the hardest fight of her life.

Tana was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the stomach, in advanced stages. It has metastasized to her omentum and peritoneal wall. She has had a few procedures already, including having her port placed. She will start chemotherapy soon and will possibly have a big surgery in the near future to remove her stomach and other organs (if the cancer responds to chemo).

Receiving this unimaginable news has truly been devastating, but Tana has kept a positive mindset and is laser-focused on fighting this! In true Tana form, she has been the one comforting US and worrying about us. We are so lucky to have her and now it is time for us to worry about Tana, support and help her through this time.
