Support Tammy's Family in Her Unexpected Passing
Hello, many of you know that my mom, Tammy, has unfortunately passed.
My mom was so odd. In the best way. She was "the bag lady" growing up, always bringing a ton of things with her, but she always had exactly what you needed. She loved us so much and always had words of wisdom and wanted to help us and everyone in any way she could. She Loved life. She lived it as full as she could, with pictures to prove it, and I had so much fun growing up even through hard times. She just made life fun. I am so grateful she was my mom.
It is so difficult that she passed so suddenly, without warning, and seemingly without cause. We are still, almost a month later, trying to get an autopsy done, but there were complications because of where she passed. The cops declared that she died of cancer because she has a history of it, and the doctor declared it cardiac arrest because her death was unwitnessed. She was declared cancer free just a few days before she passed. We are fighting to find out what happened.
This is to say, my sister and I can't afford a big Celebration of Life, or any cost that comes from having a loved one suddenly pass. We couldn't even afford the funeral home that took her. But we are having a nice Celebration on the beach for her because she loved it there, and a ton of her friends are banding (literally) together to help us have a lovely one that is true to her soul.
She also had a couple of storage units that we didnt know existed, so this will cover the late fees and stuff for those as well. We are hoping to save them this week, because we are missing a ton of her entire life's photos that we think she stored there, but the cost to even open them to look is too much for us to afford.
This gofundme will hopefully cover the costs of the funeral home, the storage, and any other expenses regarding my mom's passing.
Anything helps, please share and donate if you can. Thank you so much.
If you'd rather donate directly instead of here, my venmo is @unchillBinch. Thank you!
