For those that may not know my mom, Tammy, was admitted to the hospital on January 17, 2025 for what would later be identified as an infection that 0.67 in 1 million people contract. She spent 3 weeks in the ICU and has since been transferred to general care which is great progress. Unfortunately, a side effect of the infection was severe clotting causing her to lose a portion of her left leg, finger tips and right foot. My mom is a fighter and has already battled with so much grace and strength. We set up this go fund me because her goal is to get back to walking again and living life as a mom and MeeMaw. She has many more challenges to overcome including the use of prosthetics. The primary goal of this is to raise funds for her prosthetic journey from prosthesis themselves to home adjustments etc. Any little bit is GREATLY appreciated and will help.
