My friend Tammy is a hard-working woman but she's had some setbacks recently. She missed a step on the stairs resulting in a catastrophic fall down the stairs that resulted in a concussion, sprained finger, bruised hip, and worst of all a spinal fracture. She is unable to work. She is single and could really use some help paying the bills while she is off work. Unfortunately, she does not have short-term disability benefits.
