Hi everyone

Earlier this week, three tiny puppies were found wandering around a mechanic shop. They were confused, hungry, and completely alone. After looking into the situation, it became clear they were intentionally dumped and left there.

A shop full of chemicals and heavy equipment is no place for babies. Thankfully, one of the workers and his daughter stepped in temporarily, but they urgently needed a long-term plan.

With no rescue plan in place, I knew I had to act fast and do what I could. My biggest concern was that these unfixed puppies could end up in the wrong hands and continue the cycle of unnecessary litters. I could not let that happen if I had the ability to step in, even if it meant I could personally only help one.

When I went to visit them, they were all absolutely precious. But this sweet girl chose me. She would not leave my lap and kept her head nuzzled into my neck the entire time I was there. She picked me.

Her name is now Tammy

I brought Tammy home, where she now has land, structure, and experienced shepherd guidance. I also found a wonderful family in Gainesville, FL who is eager to welcome her into their home. They stepped up to help a puppy in need, and I want to do everything I can to make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for them.

I received a referral for a trusted transport company that quoted $250 to safely bring Tammy to her new forever home. In addition to transport, we are raising funds to cover:

• Spay procedure when she is of age

• First puppy vaccines

• Initial vet visit

• Safe transport

I am fostering her independently, so every expense comes directly out of pocket. Tammy cannot receive her vaccines or travel safely without financial support.

She was discarded like she didn’t matter. I am determined to show her that she does.
