Support Tammy Lowe's Road to Recovery

Anyone who knows my parents, Tammy and Mike Lowe, knows that they have hearts of gold. They would take the shirt off their back and give it to you, welcome anyone in for dinner and a roof over their heads, and a warm bed to sleep in. They would give you their last dollar if you needed it. They love with their whole hearts. They never ask for help, nor take it, as they have worked hard all their lives for what they have. They make a great team.

Unfortunately, they have been faced with a hardship. My mom, Tammy, had to have a below-the-knee amputation on her left foot. She had previously had a toe amputation that did not heal and became infected. Tuesday, November 12th, after celebrating her 62nd birthday weekend, she had to have surgery. She now has a road to recovery ahead! She will be in the hospital rehabilitation center, relearning how to get around with her new body for a few weeks. The healing process from surgery to prosthetic will be about 3 months. We are needing to prepare her house for her to come home and be comfortable and safe. That’s where you can help! I started this GoFundMe in hopes to help with medical bills, renovations of their home to be wheelchair accessible and comfortable for mom, and to help give a little peace of mind for the road ahead. Let’s rally around them and show them how loved they truly are. Mom can do this!! She is a warrior and with her wonderful husband by her side, they can do anything!
