Support for Tammy Hernandez’s Stroke Recovery & Rehabilitation

On the morning of Wednesday, June 4th, our lives changed in an instant—my amazing mom, Tammy Hernandez, suffered a sudden and serious stroke.

She was rushed to the hospital, where she’s been receiving emergency care. Thankfully, she will survive this stroke and she has made some positive progress in a few days—but her road to recovery will be long & difficult, and life as we know it has been changed forever. Tammy is now having a difficult time with her mobility, speech, and normal body movements that we all take for granted.

Tammy is the heart of our family and a true light in the lives of so many friends & daycare families. For over 18 years, she’s dedicated herself to running a home daycare, lovingly caring for children as if they were her own. She’s a selfless, kind, and deeply compassionate woman who has always put others first.

Unfortunately, due to the severity of her stroke, she will no longer be able to work—leaving her without income during this critical time.

As the family begins planning for her rehabilitation, therapy, and long-term care, we are reaching out for support.

We’re asking for help to cover:

● Hospital and medical expenses

● Rehabilitation and therapy costs, equipment for mobility.

● Essential living expenses while she’s unable to work
