In Memory of Tammy Cope

Update: I’m usually pretty good with words tonight I’m not. September 6th with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Tammy Cope. Our family appreciates the out pour of support. Service and benefit TBA. All donations will now go towards arrangements and her son Sean.

This GoFundMe is on behalf of Tammy Cope. Tammy is a para educator at East Palestine Jr/Sr High School . She is a single mom and sole provider to her son Sean. She is easily one of the most selfless/giving person I’ve ever met , but now she needs all the help she can get.

On Thursdays August 29th Tammy was rushed to the hospital. In the hours that followed we got the devastating news that she would need a quadruple bypass but that she was not strong enough nor healthy enough to have the surgery. They placed a pacemaker and port into her leg and waited for her to get stronger.

Tuesday September 3rd she was strong enough so she went in and the doctors told us they were going to do what they could. She survive the surgery, but it’s been one complication after another. She is currently on the highest form of life support to give her body a break to heal. She will be out of work for quite some time.

Our hope is to make this as stress free as possible for her so the only thing she has to worry about is getting better to come home to her sweet boy. We’re collecting donations and a benefit is underway to provide relief of any bills that arise. Thank you for all the support.
