Support Tammy and John After Tragic Injury

Hi everyone, my husband and I have been working on a home last couple months and last night as I was in back painting, he was cutting some pieces for the house when he screamed the worst scream I have ever heard. He came around the corner saying he hurt himself bad and needed go to ER. He needed something to wrap his hand in and the house had nothing but tools in it. I happened to have a jacket around my waist and we used that. We jumped in the car driving through MWC to hospital. Once almost there is when he told me he thinks he cut 4 fingers off. When we got there was the first time I knew how serious it was. I have never seen anything like that before. I actually saw my husband's finger holding on by a piece of skin that was it. They transported him to OU where they did surgery at about 3 this morning and all I could think about is the pain he went through, the screaming of my name and the hand that will never be the same. His whole life revolves around working and fixing things. He no longer has any fingers on his right hand. I don't know how we are going to pay for the hospital bills, the meds he needs for pain or all the work we cannot do anymore while he’s recovering and learning how to do life without his hand.

But, I have my husband and that means more than anything.
