Support Tamiko's Fight Against Cancer
Spende geschützt
Hi, I'm April "Kween Uneek" Valenzuela and I am fundraising for one of my closest & dearest friend Tamiko Carrillo and her sweet elderly Mother, Amy. Last November Tamiko was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer.
She has gone through 2 surgeries to remove the tumor and the surgeon discovered the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes. She is now on chemo for the next 6-9 months and it is taking a huge toll on her mentally, emotionally, physically & financially.
Tamiko is a well known, respected, award winning professional make-up artist & esthetician. She is one of the most creative talented human beings I know. Since this battle with stage 3 cancer she has not been able to work or care for her elderly Mom who is also battling her own health issues.
It hurts my heart to witness the struggle of my best friend who's always been there for me and so many others. She is such a talented, generous, beautiful soul, a great friend & loving daughter.
I've known Tamiko for almost 30 years & witnessed her go through many challenging obstacles in life but she always came out on top. This battle with Cancer is the scariest of them all. I have faith in God and will continue to pray every day for Tamiko to beat this.
As her best friend I would like to ask EVERYONE to PLEASE DONATE what you can & help me raise money for my best friend and her Mom to alleviate some stress with medical expenses and everyday cost of living during Tamiko's battle with cancer. The next 6 months will determine her fate. So please keep her in your prayers.
ALL proceeds will go directly to Tamiko and her Mom. Below are some pictures of My Best Friend Tamiko & I along with her sweet Mom, Amy Carrillo. Please help spread the word by sharing this page. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time & generosity. I will keep everyone updated with her journey!
Much Love,
April "Kween Uneek" Valenzuela
