Patrick Halford was born on May 8, 1958, and tragically passed away on January 16, 2025. Patrick dedicated his life to serving others as a forester and wildland firefighter with the Department of Natural Resources. He was an essential first responder during the Oso landslide and built lasting friendships within the department. His selfless commitment to helping others made him a beloved figure, and his passing leaves a void in the hearts of many.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Tami Halford, and their 16-year-old daughter, Samantha Halford. His unexpected death has left his family facing emotional and financial challenges. With Patrick's income no longer available, Tami and Samantha are in need of assistance to cover daily living expenses, including food, mortgage payments, and utility bills.
