Hello, my name is Tamara. I am a single mom of three beautiful children, ages 11, 5, and 3. In the past 3 years, I have been having a lot of health issues. It became so taxing that I haven't been able to really work. So, I started my own cleaning business so I can make my own hours to work on the days that I wouldn't be able to. A lot has gone on in these 3 years, from a family member being accused of sexually assaulting my oldest to my son having a full-blown life change switch in his life. I have been in and out of doctor's appointments to have tests run to find out what's been going on with me, but there are really no answers. I don't really like reaching out and asking people for help, but a month ago, my oldest daughter was taken to be with her dad in Missouri with no court documentation or paperwork. He is not allowing me to have any contact with her at all. I don't know where she's at or anything about her. My daughter is struggling with mental health issues from what happened to her. She's been diagnosed with PTSD and will have triggers where she will self-harm. Her father doesn't know any of these things, and I am trying to get a lawyer to get my daughter back to get her the help she needs. Also, as a single mom of three, I do not get food stamps or state help. I've applied, and there is a mess-up in the paperwork, and now I do not receive those benefits. So, I'm having to pay for food out of pocket now for the children. The funds I'm asking for are to help me obtain a lawyer to get my oldest back, as well as funds to help with bills and to pay for food.

The funds will go to help pay for bills, rent, food as well as securing a lawyer for my daughter. This will also help me get out laundry cought up due to not having in unit laundry. We have a 2 bed apt I'm trying to set up so everyone has their own space and area. I'm needing to get storage totes and organization bins to fit out family in our small area. I have spoken to a lawyer and in order to retain her I need $5,000 down. And when 3/4 of that money is gone I have to put another $5,000 down. Right now this is financially not an option for me.
