Junior’s Cancer & Bone Marrow Transplant

•8/1/24: I’m not sure how I’m writing these words AGAIN…Today we received ANOTHER cancer diagnosis. Tamafua Trillas Jr. has been diagnosed with aggressive Pre B Cell ALL the same diagnosis our son had in 2017 diagnosed in his 39th birthday. Floor doctor in Auburn multi care said it was a fluke it was picked up from the doctor who happened to run a big panel of labs in the ER Wednesday with kidney infection but a blessing in disguise.

University of Washington doesn’t have any beds available for chemotherapy, so we are just waiting. We will see Dr from Fred Hutch Monday August 5th and most likely start chemotherapy. They wanted kidney infection to be under control while waiting on bed.

Junior is the sole provider of a 5 kids and wife plus foster youth in our community. He works hard to provide for his family and recently opened his own business in January and was fully operating in June to present full time. Now on top of him getting healed there’s no money to provide basic things like home, food, utilities and travel to and from Seattle as all saved money was put into getting business started. No there’s no income and we need to stay in Seattle minimum of 7-12 months to be within 30 min from hospital. As of now we also don’t have a place to live in Seattle either and hoping insurance will cover cost.

Anything is appreciated and helpful.

Above all- Please send all the prayers his way for complete healing and for or family. This all just feels so unreal I don’t have words.
