Support Tal's medical expenses.

Hello, I'm Sean, and along with K, Jon, and Rachel, we are fundraising for Tal and Cody's medical expenses.

Tal has been fighting metastatic lung cancer complicated by a listeria infection since May of this year.

It's been a challenging few months for Tal, Cody, Diane, and Ilan, with many visits to UCLA Hospital and the emergency room for multiple MRIs, adverse reactions to medication management, and emergency brain surgery. In the last few weeks Tal has stabilized and is working to recover with weekly visits with a physical therapist, a speech therapist, and an oncologist. These visits require support from Cody and Diane, who are currently providing full-time caregiving.

Some recent good news, after an appointment with Tal's infectious disease specialist it appears that there is no longer an active infection. This sets the stage for cancer treatment to begin, which we expect will be a multi-month process.

With medical and other costs adding up, a GoFundMe can help to relieve some of the stress and pressure in this critical time. Funds will be used to cover medical expenses, allow Cody to take unpaid time off work to be home with Tal if needed, and pay for in-home medical services.
