Fund Talon's Journey to the Puppetry Conference

Hello, I am Talon Schultz. I am a puppeteer from Michigan graduating with a BFA in Puppetry from West Virginia University in May. I was recently accepted to the national puppetry conference at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center in June and need your help to get there. Payment is due by the end of April and I would like to have the support to be able to go and expand my knowledge. I have been accepted to the pre-conference which, costs $700 plus travel expenses and if I get off the waitlist for the main conference it would be an additional $1350 so I would like to raise enough to cover the expenses and allow me to attend the conference. This conference would help expand my education, get to collaborate with other artists, and join a network of puppeteers to gain experience in the professional world. In addition, this experience would allow me to have the opportunity to learn under legendary puppeteer Noel MacNeal who has worked on many productions such as Bear in the Big Blue House, Sesame Street, and Little Shop of Horrors off-broadway. Puppetry is a passion of mine and has been for my entire life this would be an incredible opportunity and I would love to attend and would appreciate any support!
