Hi everyone!

This is my best friend, Tali. She is a 11-year-old Shepard mix. She is a rescue dog and we have been stuck like glue for the past 10 years!

I recently learned Tali has a mass on her side (flank area). It's about the size of a small golf ball. We went to the vet late October; the x-rays made it unclear, they did take a few samples of the cells and did a in-house testing and unfortunately, the vet couldn't tell me exactly what the mass is. So we recently had a cytology report done to find out what it could be.

I got the results back 10/28; Long story short, the results are showing signs of cancer cells and they need a biopsy. After talking to the vet we both agreed that since Tali is going under anesthesia might as well take the whole mass out and send it out and go with treatment from there. My goal is to try to raise up $3,500 to cover at least half the total cost. That's just the surgery, not anything else Ive spent already on consultations/specialists.

Tail's Mass Removal w/Biopsy is scheduled on 11/13/2025, i will send updates on twitter and here with how she's gonna recover and the biopsy results
