Talianna is a dedicated senior dancer competing at her final national championship this January but she needs your help to get there.
For three years, Talianna has poured her heart into varsity dance while excelling academically with a rigorous AP, Dual Enrollment, and Honors course load. She's balanced early morning practices, late-night study sessions, and summer jobs—all to chase her passion and support herself financially.
Now, as her high school dance career reaches its finale, Talianna has one final hurdle which is covering her competition fees for Nationals. After countless hours perfecting her craft, mastering routines, and pushing through challenges, this championship represents the culmination of years of sacrifice and dedication.
This isn't just another competition—it's her last chance to perform on the national stage with her team, to represent her school, and to celebrate everything she's worked so hard to achieve.
Your contribution, no matter the size, will help Talianna:
Focus on her performance rather than financial stress
Cover competition fees, outfits, gear and travel
Close out her high school dance journey with pride
Every dollar brings her one step closer to the stage. Help make Talianna's final performance a reality. Thank you for believing in her dreams!
An excerpt from Talianna expressing what dance means to her.
"Dance lets me express the way I feel inside when I can’t find the words to write. Dance lets me feel like I don't have to watch the people around me for inspiration to be a person I wasn't. I talk to my sister about dance, and she tells me this is who I was always supposed to be, and that’s when I realized she has always watched me. Knowing that I have always been seen by the one person that means the most to me always pushes me to do better. I go to the studio and practice in my free time so when my sister comes to town to watch me, it's the best it can be. I move my body with the swiftness a pencil has gliding across a paper writing an essay, and my mind is at ease. I don’t have to think about the stress of exams, fighting with my mom, or worries about my health. The workload of an honors diploma and good grades is no longer a stress."
