Hello, my name is Mars. I am a resident of the united states. I am raising money on behalf of a family that has reached out to me from Gaza.

I opened my messages on Instagram to see her asking me to spread her story, and raise awareness to her situation in hopes to provide care. A woman named Tala Nidal reached out to tell me her story, that her father needs medical assistance. She also needs help to be able to feed, clothe, and shelter her family. Her father is suffering from medical ailments such as kidney disease, heart disease, and high blood pressure. With the hostile environment and inhospitable conditions, providing necessary care has been a struggle. Before she was hit by the war, she was in school for nursing. She had a home, and a peaceful life. It was bombed, and burned, then desecrated once more. She is now forced to live in a tent, in cold and wet conditions, but still needs to do the best to keep her family cared for.

In my time getting to know Tala, it has struck me how much care she has for everyone around her. All she wants in life is for everyone to be well, to care for others the way others have showed up for her family. Before coming to this site, I have been raising awareness on my instagram page about her and her family. Despite everything Tala holds strong, she holds hope and wishes for nothing but to care for her father, herself and her children. She is so appreciative of anything that can be provided for, for anything that can be done.

I will be raising the funds for her, and then transferring them to directly to her so she can use them to access medical care for her father, and her children. To be able to sleep warmly, and to send the children to sleep with a full belly. These are people who want their children safe, happy, and healthy like so many other children.
