My name is Ligel Lambert, and I am the CEO & Founder of TAL WATCHES. I am fundraising to gain supporters like you to assist in the growth of my small business.

I started my watch brand business in the Summer of 2020 while I was teaching high schooler art and graphic design. The Summer of 2020 was full of contemplation for me as the COVID-19 pandemic raged on and I asked many questions during that time. One of which was, how does one start a watch brand? I then began on my quest to find answers to that question.

In the process, I found a couple of watch manufacturers that were ready to assist in bringing my ideas to reality. One is in Switzerland and the other is in China. My brand features both Swiss-made and non-Swiss-made watches. Currently, the watches we carry and develop are quartz movements. Some different types of Quartz watch movements are listed on the TAL WATCHES website for you to get familiar with these terms.

With your support, we will develop watches that are a bit more sophisticated. We aim to develop mechanical movements, primarily Automatic (Self-Winding) watches for our future collections. The brand will also develop watches using the Spring Drive Movement which is a combination of mechanical and quartz technology.

Since the Summer of 2020, I have been trying to get the word out to the market about my brand of watches.

My Brand is currently on the following platforms: TAL WATCHES Website, Amazon, Walmart online, & Etsy

Through a PR firm, we have been featured in Forbes and Upscale Magazine. Below is a link to other features listed on our website.

Many long hours of designing promotions, packaging, photographing products, creating ideas for the products, managing a vision for the brand, and collaborating with so many different professionals to get to where we are today three years later. We still have a long way to go!

In 2023, TAL WATCHES is looking for your support to help grow this business. In the past three years, I have invested so much into this business so far; and I believe this business can have great success and impact with your support and contributions at this moment.

My brand was created in part in remembering my late mother, my interest in watches, and my love of music. Also thinking about my mortality and time left amongst the living. (Think back to how it was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and this should make sense)

My brand of watches seeks to entice lovers of the Double Bass and musicians of all types who can recognize images of sounds created in the writing process of music or one can say also visualize sound. Bassy is also one of my inspirations for creating this brand.
