Support "Take It": A Film of Justice and Revenge
Donation protected
We’re raising funds for an upcoming short film called "Take It" — a tense, gripping drama written by Kait Hernandez, directed by Christian Wood, cinematography by David Watson and starring Kait Hernandez and Jackson Lierz.
"Take It" is short film being produced in Springfield, MO by Kait Hernandez, Founder and Owner of Kiss And Cut Studios, as well as Christian Wood, Founder and Owner of Yellow Bike Films. This piece will be shot by the talented David Watson, Founder and Owner of Valley High Pictures.
Take It explores the intoxicating lure of fame, wealth, and impunity — and the quiet, burning rage left in their wake. It’s a story about justice. And about what happens when someone who’s lost everything decides not to let the system win.
This is an intimate, character-driven thriller that pulls no punches and asks big questions about power, trauma, and accountability. With your help, we can make sure this film reaches its full potential.
Your support will help us cover production costs including crew, gear, locations, set design, and post-production to ensure that "Take It" is as visually stunning and emotionally powerful as it deserves to be.
Whether you’re donating $5 or $500, you’re helping an indie team of passionate filmmakers tell a story that matters.
Thank you for supporting independent film. Thank you for believing in stories that dare to confront the truth. And thank you for being a part of "Take It".
With gratitude,
The Take It Film Team
