My name is Taemi, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of my life. I have spent years trying to stay strong through trauma, loss, and overwhelming responsibilities, but recently my mental health has declined to a point where I can no longer manage everything alone. I’ve been struggling with severe emotional stress, anxiety, and unresolved trauma that has built up over years. Between navigating the loss of my mother, childhood abuse, relationship struggles, and trying to support myself financially, my mental health reached a point where I needed professional help and time to recover. I’m now actively seeking therapy, psychiatric support, and a safe space to heal — but the costs are more than I can handle on my own. I've also grown concerned that my current medication is no longer working for me, and I may need a specialized treatment called Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), which is often expensive and not fully covered. Right now, I am working hard to stabilize my life: keeping up with bills, maintaining basic needs, and trying to stay consistent with mental health care.
