Hello!

My name is Tabitha. I am a server at the Grand Concourse, a mother to 2 beautiful girls, and a wife to a wonderful husband. Recently, I suffered a fall, tearing the ligaments in my hand and in my arm. I need multiple surgeries and will be out from work for at least 90 days. Even when returning to work, I will be limited in what I can do because of how much servers need to use their hands and the amount of rehab I will need.

We have received our first hospital bill, and many more will follow. With the holidays approaching, being out of work and having more to pay, it has created a financial hardship on my family. I am not sure we will be able to make it without piling on debt. It is hard to ask for help, but I am at a loss of options. Any help is appreciated and will be going to support and help my family get through this struggle.
