In September, my consultant Tabitha was diagnosed with breast cancer and began chemotherapy while continuing to work as much as she could to make ends meet. Tabitha is the definition of positive, kind, and hardworking, and has kept her head up throughout this entire journey.

Now, she has received the devastating news that her cancer is stage four. She needs time off to process this, meet with her care team, and determine the best path forward. Prior to this news, she has already had to cut hours due to appointments and treatments, taking a toll on her financially.
