This was the last picture Sylvie took of our home.

The front stairs you see in this photo had just been poured two weeks before. Sylvie and I are devastated at the loss of the home we dreamed about, planned, saved up for and eventually built with the help of so many talented workers and friends, plus the labor of our own hands. Their names and ours were signed inside the walls. We desperately miss our neighborhood, and are so grateful to still have the neighbors our home gave us. We've lost not only our home but our childhood homes as well, we are native Altadenans.

The outlay of cash we'd just made to complete our project means we are tight on resources at the moment and a little unsure of how we'll get through. Please support if you can.
