Help Sylvia Fight Breast Cancer
Hi friends, family, and compassionate souls,
We’re reaching out today on behalf of our dear friend Sylvia, who has recently received the life-altering diagnosis of Stage 2 Breast Cancer. As you can imagine, this news has been overwhelming, not just emotionally and physically, but also financially.
Sylvia is a strong, kind-hearted woman who would never ask for help unless she truly needed it. In fact, she’s deeply embarrassed to be in this position, but we’re stepping in for her, because nobody fights cancer alone.
Tomorrow, Sylvia begins her first round of chemotherapy, with a long road of treatment ahead. While she does have insurance, it unfortunately doesn’t cover all of her out-of-pocket medical expenses, and she is already nearing her out-of-pocket max. On top of that, she’s waiting for her disability income to begin, leaving her in a tough spot when it comes to covering basic living costs in the meantime.
We are asking for donations to help with:
• Medical expenses not covered by insurance
• Transportation to and from treatments
• Rent, utilities, and daily essentials
• Support during this transition until disability benefits kick in
Sylvia is the type of person who shows up for others without hesitation, and now it’s our turn to show up for her. Any amount helps whether it’s $5 or $50 it all adds up and shows Sylvia she’s not alone in this fight.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign and keeping Sylvia in your prayers and thoughts.
Come on, tribe, let’s rally around our girl and carry her through this difficult time with love, strength, and support.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Ashley Campos
