Support Roy Wayne Byrd's (Dandy) Memorialization

My name is Sylvia Byrd. I am making this GoFundMe to raise some funds to cremate my husband, Roy Wayne Byrd.

• It's with a heavy heart that I share the sudden and tragic passing of my beloved husband, Roy Wayne Byrd (Dandy). Dandy was my rock, my everything, and a loyal friend to many. He devoted his time to helping others, which brought him joy and a smile to his face. His unexpected death left us all with an empty hole in our hearts and a profound void in our lives. I want the world to see what I saw in Dandy - a beautiful soul, full of life, wisdom, honor, and respect. Due to several medical illnesses, Dandy's health declined so rapidly and it affected who we knew as Dandy. Though it was sad and unbearable at times, I loved him and he loved me. I have added some photos of how he would have wanted everyone to remember him - the real him, not the person his illness turned him into.
