Support Sylvan's Journey to Seattle to heal DMG

Meet Sylvan Everett, a bright light in this world who has brought endless joy since the day he was born. On July 17th, our lives were forever changed as Sylvan was taken to the emergency room and admitted due to symptoms we would later learn was from a tumor on his brain (DMG). After radiation and exploring options, Sylvan's oncologist helped us get him onto a waitilst for CAR T-cell therapy in Seattle. We are incredibly hopeful, this will harness Sylvan's immune system, enhancing his T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells more effectively. This treatment is showing enormous improvements in brain tumors such as regression and improved survival rates.

We are reaching out to ask for your help. We want to raise funds to get him to Seattle where this trial will be held. The therapy requires us to travel there for 3 days, and then about 4-5 weeks later we would need to go back to Seattle for a 4 weeks where Sylvan will get weekly infusions. We are determined to give Sylvan every chance at a his bright future, although the financial strain of traveling and lodging costs for our family of six is significant.
