Help Me Buy a Horse – A Dream That Builds My Future!

Hi! My name is Sydnie and I’m 11 years old. I’m raising money to buy a horse, not just because I love them (which I do SO much!), but because owning and caring for a horse will help me grow in so many ways.

I started horseback riding to build my self-esteem, but quickly realized it is both a sport and a lifestyle that I am passionate about. Aside from taking lessons, I've spent many hours volunteering at the barn, which has given me invaluable lessons, new friendships, and an appreciation for the responsibility of horse ownership.

I am a member of 4-H and IEA, where I learn about riding, responsibility, teamwork, and setting goals. Having my own horse would allow me to train more regularly, compete in more shows, and build a strong bond with one amazing animal. It’s an investment in my education and my future — I dream of becoming a trainer, vet, or maybe even riding professionally one day!

There is one horse in particular that I would like to buy; her name is Yara. She joined the barn shortly after I did, and we instantly bonded! Yara spent a few years on the racetrack before finding her way to the barn. Now that she is up for sale, I am determined to do whatever it takes to keep her at the barn with me so we can continue to grow together!
