Support Sydney and her Beloved Cat Cosmo: Emergency Vet Fund

Hello, my name is Sydney and Cosmo is my cat of 17 years. On January 7, 2025, Cosmo was rushed to the emergency vet with a bowel obstruction due to late stage kidney disease and megacolon. This was after he had spent the day prior at his normal vets office, being released under the assumption they had removed the blockage. Unfortunately this was not the case and his condition got worse. Cosmo will need 24-hour care in the hospital to remove the obstruction and monitor his overall wellbeing, and is projected to stay there for a few days.

Before exhibiting symptoms, Cosmo was a happy cat and defied most odds of kidney disease. He is vocal and affectionate, and loves to lay on his favorite towel by the window to watch his bird TV. After being diagnosed with kidney disease three years ago, Cosmo has proven that he is a fighter and wants to keep going.
