Hi, I'm Sage. Sydne's my Mom. She's suddenly in a tough medical battle, and she, and we, could really use your help.

After increasing pain and unexplained fevers she went to the ER, and was admitted Saturday, June 28. Her CAT scan found a severely infected abscess in a muscle in her hip and other issues. After a week in the hospital, they have not positively identified the source of the infection.

The antibiotics seem to be keeping it under control, but she is going to need surgery soon.

It has been a rough year for our family, and circumstances have put us in the position where Sydne doesn't have medical insurance now. She hasn't been able to work for the last three weeks, and we don't know when she will be able to return.

She and her husband Dakota have a daughter, two sons, 3 crazy kitties, and a snake, all depending on Sydne to be our mom. Dakota is juggling work and caring for Sydne, the boys, and the critters, and is being stretched thin.

If you know Sydne, you know she loves to help everyone, but she isn't so good at asking for help when she needs it.
