Support Sya's next chapter
Donation protected
Dear friends, 3 years ago many of you donated for my 30th birthday to a cause and person close to my heart. With your kindness and generosity we raised funds to buy my dear friend Sya a second hand kiln to continue her ceramic art and crafts to support her family and livelihood.
It's 3 years later and we are reunited in Malaysia. The kiln is still going strong! - as is Sya's journey. Moving on to an incredible and exciting next chapter she's been given an opportunity to move from her small studio to open a shop front on the main street, and a new home for her growing family. She's been working flat out these past few months and I wonder if I could call on your kindness again - it's my birthday next month, and it's Sya's birthday tomorrow, and as is the case with small businesses and startups, funds are tight as the renovation is done, the business is launched, and needs some extra support to get going and for her to get ahead. £250 would cover 2 months of rent for her and give her some space and time for the shop to start generating an income
With the currency gap being so big between the UK/europe and Malaysia, even a few pounds would go such a long way for her at this moment in time. If you'd like to send me/her a birthday gift, any amount would be so appreciated <3
Once again, all funds raised will go directly to her.
If you want to take a look at the previous fundraiser and read more about her story check it out here: Where it began
