Support Sweet Mable's Journey to a Better Life

I met this sweet pup last weekend and immediately knew I couldn’t let her go one more day without the love and attention she so desperately wanted. After being rescued from a neglectful situation, we found out she’s heartworm positive.

I didn’t know much about heartworm treatment before this week. It’s expensive, but beyond that, there’s so many special procedures that are recommended to follow to give the pup the best chance at a full recovery. As we’ve experienced over the last week, many shelters and rescues are over-capacity, short-staffed, and unable to help with cases like ours, due to no fault of their own. So many animals are in need of extensive care and attention, just like this one.

After searching into several options and only coming up with dead-ends, we’ve decided to expand our home and our hearts to our sweet girl, Mable. To give her the best chance at a happy life, her heartworm treatment (and spay) will be over $2,500. We’ve started a GoFundMe to help Mable get the care and life she deserves.
