Hi, I am Ravi Kandimalla from Alpharetta ( Metro Atlanta ) GA and raising urgently needed funds for a girl named, Swathi Alugubelly from a poor agricultural family in village near Nalgonda Town in Telangana state.

Swathi Algubelli, aged 25 years has been diagnosed with serious health condition : adult congenital heart disease with ventricular septal defect(hole in the wall separating right and left heart chambers) with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension(high pressures in lung blood vessels causing damage to the blood vessels supplying lung). Her health is getting worse day by day with shortness of breath and spitting of blood.

Cardiac Heart Surgeon and Pulmonologist at Yasoda Hospital , Secundrabad India have performed all the tests and recommended that she needs Heart and Lungs Transplant Surgery as soon as matching organs from a donor can be procured.

The above surgery is very costly and will cost Rs 50 lakhs nốt including post surgery costs and incidental costs. They have to deposit Rs 30 lakhs immediately to be on the list and pay Rs 15 lakhs before the surgery which can be any time organs can be procured. Another big financial burden for the family is from the time they are on the surgery waiting list, they have to live within 30 minutes of the hospital till post surgery and recovery as the surgery has to be done quickly once the organs are available. The family is also putting their livelihood farming on hold until they can take care of this emergency.

Please help in whatever way you can so this girl can go thru this surgery and live normal life with grace of god and support of the family and all her well wishers. Family will be grateful and indebted for any assistance from kind donors. All funds raised will be used only to pay for hospital bills , prescriptions and emergency costs. Attached below is the estimate given by the hospital just for the surgery. It does not include post surgery costs if any complications and for recovery.
