Help Suzette Levy Rebuild After a Devastating Fire

Early Friday morning January 10th, 2025, tragedy struck in the Bronx as a massive five-alarm fire tore through a six-story apartment building at 2910 Wallace Avenue. Among the many impacted was Suzette Levy, a dedicated employee of New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell, who lost everything in this heartbreaking disaster.

The fire, which started on the top floor, quickly spread, leaving seven people injured and displacing over 250 residents. Suzette’s apartment, along with her belongings, was destroyed, and she now faces the overwhelming challenge of starting over with nothing.

Suzette has always been a pillar of strength and compassion in her community and her workplace, but now she needs our support. Funds raised will help Suzette secure temporary housing, replace essential belongings, and begin rebuilding her life after this devastating loss. It was only last year that she lost her husband and now this has happened and it has caused her and her son Matthew to be in this place of loss yet again.

As Suzette navigates the devastation and heartache caused by this tragedy, her faith remains her source of strength.
