After the 7.2 earthquake that hit Lombok Island we have build semi permanent facilities for the recovery of the families in the area, including an eco school building , because children could not go to school and all the buildings were damaged. Over 600 Schools on Lombok were not functioning after the earthquake. The facilities provided are now successfully used to provide basic needs , healing therapy and inspiration , to bring a smile back to the beautiful faces of the community 
We aim to make Lombok a safe and eco friendly place , through educating younger generations with art , music , gardening and cooking classes, teaching evacuation plans for natural disasters and waste management . We create life changing experiences for children , volunteers and the community . Support our goal to make this project a permanent and ongoing progress , successful international exchange , and an exemplary project for the future.
Permaculture and organic farming classes have started , help us to build a basic kitchen for the community , for cooking classes using homemade biogas and veggies from the school garden
Earthquake safe shelters have been build and provide space for the community in case of emergency evacuation . we still need simple furniture
A Composter has been painted and installed to keep the school area clean, help us to provide more composter for the families in North Lombok , the government still can not deal with waste management , because of urgent recovery work in the area
An international school has donated canvas and acrylic paint , a very special treat for the children in Lombok , we are still painting on the floor , more learning materials, books and simple furniture for the school building are needed
Thanks to a Japanese company for providing a water treatment septic tank , we still need funds for the bathroom building on top of it
All buildings so far are semi permanent, to provide a permanent setup we need funds for expenses , permanent access, secure location , feed our staff and volunteers , documents , permits , transport and maintanance until the project can reach the goal to be sustainable , arrange school and university exchange programs and other activities , sustainable workshops and exhibitions by end of 2020 <3
