Please Help Susie Save Her Home

My dear 81 year old aunt, Susie, needs help protecting her family home.

She is a retired public school teacher with 48 years of service in San Francisco.

For TEN years her HOA has failed to repair a massive water leak in her roof.

Instead of working with her to properly repair her condo

they attempted to foreclose & auction it off against her will.

At the last minute, after their THIRD attempt, we were able to stop

the foreclosure auction by getting Napa County Court

to issue a restraining order against the HOA.

However, my aunt, a retired school teacher was required to pay the court

a cash bond of $75,000 to get the restraining order placed.

Thankfully the court agreed in a preliminary ruling that she will likely win her case.

We have been actively fighting multiple levels of abuse

by them now for 3yrs.

Her case will finally go to trial this year but legal costs are incredibly expensive.

Legal Retainer: $25,000

Court Costs: $25,000

Susie has also survived 2 diagnosis of cancer with invasive treatments
