Hi my name is Susan Jacobs of Pembroke NC, I am 53 years old! I have been in and out of the hospital for the last couple of months. In November, I had a pacemaker put in due to blockage complications and in December I was put on Dialysis. My insurance will not cover transportation back and forth to dialysis. It will cost me $150 a week, so this $3600 would cover the cost for a year. I am currently a resident in Genesis Nursing Facility, and need to return to my home so I can get physical therapy, regain my strength, and mental health. Please keep me in your prayers daily!
