Support Susan and Tom During This Hard Time

My cousin Tom was in an accident at work at the end of March. He suffered severe internal bleeding, multiple fractures, and injury to his liver and kidneys. He is a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He has been in the hospital since the accident and unfortunately is now in liver failure and in need of a transplant. He is being transferred to Cleveland Clinic. His wife Susan has been by his side as much as possible while trying to work when she can. She plans to go to Cleveland Clinic with Tom as he is unable to advocate for himself and make decisions about his care. This has placed a tremendous financial strain on their family. In addition to the financial strain, Susan will have the added expense of hotel, gas, and meal costs while he is at the Cleveland Clinic.
