As hard as it is to ask, I need help for my baby Koda. He recently injured his leg and the vet said it may be a strain or tear. After a few weeks of meds and rest he has gotten worse. After returning to the vet, it was bad news. Koda was born with several abnormalities. Both hip sockets are abnormally formed and both hips are out of socket/neither of them have a normal socket for the hip bone to sit in. This is likely the cause of his limp and pain but he does also have luxating (mobile) patella ( knee caps) on both sides as well. That means his knee caps move around and don’t stay in place.

So, with all of this heartbreaking news Koda will need orthopedic surgery on both hips and knees. I am simply not in a place financially to be able to pull this off without some help.

I never thought I would make a Gofundme, but here I am. If you have it in your heart anything helps. I know times are tough right now so I would really even appreciate just sharing if you can.
