I want to share a story that's close to my heart and ask for your help. On Christmas Day, something truly unexpected happened—a little puppy wandered into my front yard. She looked like she had been through so much; I noticed she was limping badly and not putting any weight on one of her hind legs. My heart went out to her, and I couldn’t just leave her there.

I rushed her to a 24-hour vet, and after eight long hours and $1,100 later, we learned that this sweet girl has a fractured left hind leg. The vet explained that her injury is severe, and splinting isn’t an option.
