Support Super Hunky

Hi, this is Cindy, Rick's daughter. Our family has found ourselves in a bit of ongoing crisis. If you have been following Dad's FB page, I have mentions several times that he has some health issues. There are more than a few right now with lung cancer and dementia being the top contenders. He was put on hospice about 6 months ago. Sadly, medical bills are adding up as well as finding long term care as his wife Tina needs to still work full time.

He had a brief period at an small care facility and it did not go well. Attention to his needs were sorely lacking, and according to Dad, " They are all old and none of them even like bikes or trucks!"

So he has been back home for a few weeks. Tina was able to get some paid time off work, but now she needs to go back. While she works remotely from home, she is unable to meet his needs while working and there needs to be a caretaker in the home to assist him with his needs.

We have reached out to the Veterans Administrations as dad served in the navy and I am currently working to get a Vet's Service Advocate on board to help, but it is a long, red-tapey journey between now and when they may be able to receive what they need.

His sales have been down as well...and it is overwhelming to get packages and postage together without them having some help with it.

So we are reaching out to his friends and fans for assistance. This was a hard decision to make and one that wasn't taken lightly.

I am trying to get back to all the emails and messages that I have received, and it is slow going.
