If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Wes Graft, let me give you just a taste of what makes this man amongst the best I know. Wes is the friend that never forgets to wish you a happy birthday. Wes is the husband that anticipates when his lovely wife, Kim, needs something, anything, and makes sure she gets it (ask him about how even purchasing tires for a car can be a romantic gesture). Wes is the dad that tears up simply sharing any milestone his beautiful and bubbly daughter, Emma, experiences. Wes is the kind of man that would stop whatever he's doing to help his loved ones.
Unfortunately, he's also the man who won't ask for help when he can use some. So, as his friend, that's what I'm doing on his behalf, asking for help.
Tragically, right before his daughter was born, Wes was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, a nerve damage condition that affects limbs, hands, and feet. Wes's legs are in constant pain. He has no feeling in his feet, and even his balance is impacted due to this condition. Even more dismaying, peripheral neuropathy has no cure and its symptoms progressively get worse.
The primary methods for dealing with this condition are with medication for relief and consistent physical therapy. And that's where I, and every friend or kind person reading this, come in.
Please help us raise money for the ever increasing cost of Wes's health care. If there was ever a person that could use a helping hand, it's Wes, friend, husband, father, and great man that has always offered his hand to anyone in need. Any amount is appreciated. Or, if can't afford to donate, sharing Wes's story would also really help out. Thank you!
