Hi, my name is Meghan Randolph, and I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience working with children and teens with autism, ADHD, learning differences, and other developmental needs. I’ve dedicated my career to creating supportive, skill-building environments where neurodiverse learners can thrive — and now, I’m ready to take the next step in making that vision a reality.

The Vision: Sunshine Enrichment Center

I’m excited to introduce the upcoming Sunshine Enrichment Center, a place where children and teens with special needs can receive:

Why We Need Your Help

Opening a center like this requires upfront investment — from securing a location and creating welcoming, themed spaces to purchasing educational materials, sensory equipment, and technology. We also need to ensure we can hire and train highly qualified staff who share our commitment to quality, evidence-based care.

After careful budgeting, we estimate the total startup costs to be $30,000 - $50,000 to open the doors and operate sustainably during the first few critical months.
