Something amazing is coming to Portland this summer—the first-ever Summer Shred Music Festival! This free rock and metal festival will celebrate our City, our music scene, and the incredible local bands that make it special. But here’s the thing—we can’t do it without you.

We’re a group of friends who love Portland’s music scene and believe it deserves a festival like this. That’s why we volunteer our time and energy to make Summer Shred a reality. We’ve formed a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, put together a detailed plan, and gathered quotes for professional sound, lighting, staging, permitting, and marketing—now, we need to raise $25,000 to bring it to life and we hope to raise a 1/3 of that through this GoFundMe Campaign.

With your support, Summer Shred’s inaugural year will be unforgettable. We’ll feature local Portland bands supported by top-tier sound, lighting, and production. Plus, the festival will include a beer garden, food court, and a gallery space for local artists and sponsors.
